Hope it inspires some of your cooking this autumn 😀That's ok, it really annoys me when you can't find the recipe on people videos!

Thanks! You can leave it out :) Or use an almond ricotta

I didn't know rolling your own pasta was a thing... I'm very interested in having a go. My local Indian spice shop sells semolina so I'm all set... The peas in the gnocci dish looked sooo yummy (peas go with everything!). I think I may need to give each recipe a try. In my country we can get pumpkin, butternut & hubbarb squash... good enough for these recipes? Thank you.
@EarthyGoodnessKitchenАй бұрын
Yeah! It's really easy and taste great. Ooh yeah I always have a bag of frozen peas for when I don't have any fresh green veg on hand. Go for it, I'm sure you'll love them all. Those should all work perfectly although I've never heard of a hubbarb squash 🤔

@@EarthyGoodnessKitchen Hubbard squash = green pumpkin or buttercup squash. It looks like a pumpkin on the inside, but it has a bumpy skin. It's so interesting how the same food item can be known by different names around the world eg zuccini = baby marrow... the geography of food names.

Oh cool, yeah it is. It is kind of inconvenient for videos though😂 People get very confused especially with the word Rocket or Arugula in America

I've never made gnocchi. But I've often thought that I wanted to give it a go and your recipe looks sooo good. And it doesn't even look that difficult. I'm going to try it. But the best must be the pancakes. They look incredible and I can't wait to try the recipe .... now I just have to figure out how far I have to run to burn all the calories. 😁
@EarthyGoodnessKitchenАй бұрын
It’s really not very difficult and taste way better than the plain stuff you get from the supermarket. Ooh yeah they were sooo good, my family loved them. Well I’m training for a marathon so that should do it 😂
@JeDindkАй бұрын
@@EarthyGoodnessKitchen Is it your first marathon?
@EarthyGoodnessKitchenАй бұрын
Yep, I’ve done a half but never a full 😬
@JeDindkАй бұрын
@@EarthyGoodnessKitchen That's very exciting. I know your channel is all about cooking, but I think it would be great with a short update after the race. Good luck. Even though it's going to be hard, I hope you'll have fun and enjoy the day.
@EarthyGoodnessKitchenАй бұрын
Yeah It's a while until I'm doing it so plenty of time to train! I definetely will do that I'll probably do a Full day of eating while lifting weights and running type video at some point. Thank you 😀 It's also a very hilly marathon to add to the fun

"Traditional gnocchi often has ricotta in it". Which part of Italy, cause I have never heard of it?
@EarthyGoodnessKitchenАй бұрын
I’m not sure where I heard this to be honest but google tells me it originated in the Emilia-Romagna region
