Hello! Thank you for the excellent information! My 13 year old has a really swollen lymph node behind his ear. We are dry brushing and our holistic practitioner has him on lymph draining. He also has kidney stones. This makes me wonder if there is a correlation and we should just remove dairy. Also. i am large busted and been wearing underwire my whole life. Is there a bra you recommend? Thank you!

If he’s having stones, you might want to take out foods that are high in oxilates. Unfortunately, almond and spinach are two that I take out, though having cheese with your spinach because of the calcium, you can flush out the oxilates. I just don’t eat spinach. there’s several other vegetables that are high in oxilates. So maybe my rebottle mentioning cheese wasn’t so good. And he may have an infection in the area close to the swollen lymph node.

What about compression garments? Especially for lipodema. Are you saying that they are not good for lymph?

Great questions; no Suzy compression garments, when dealing with lipodema or lymphodema are beneficial. This is general advice for the average person.

Inspired to give up milk - even grass fed organic milk for 21 days . Had just started fermenting it into yoghurt aswell . Does yoghurt change the protein structure?

The yogurt making process does denature the whey and casein protein molecules, thus altering the consistency of the milk and making it slightly easier to digest but it can still elicit an immune/inflammatory response in the body.

I recently added Yogurt on my health regimen.. from cow's milk but it's grass fed. I thought through fermentation, bacteria digests some of the bad stuff.. I know casein is bad.. Does casein stays despite the fermentation?

Casein proteins are only mildly affected by fermentation and so a better option, if you continue to consume dairy, is to opt for organic sheep or goats milk dairy instead. The casein is of the A2 subtype, and the fat globules are larger, making them harder to pass through the gut wall.

Some say it is better because of the enzymatic activity, however I am still inclined to say that all cows milk products should be avoided or at least infrequently consumed.

I have a serious question. If dairy is pus and mucus and not good for people. How is butter good? I get that it is the fat but how do you remove all the pus and mucus?

It is all still pus and mucous essentially, just the fat content is removed.

@@livlafluv552 Sorry for the late response! We LOVE ghee as its been clarified to remove the most inflammatory aspects of dairy (casein and lactose) and leaves all the beneficial fatty acids

So it seems to not be as problematic as cow dairy from a toxicity standpoint, however it is still a very large protein, so with moderation like most things I would suggest. Thank you for your question, sorry for the late reply.

Great question! Generally speaking, compression garments, when dealing with CVI can be beneficial.
