i am left handed how do i start?

Just turn the harmonica around, with the slider button on the left. A harmonica can be played both ways without any problems, as long as you follow the advice here about mouth position.

@@kazhilly most harmonica books state that the actual proper way to hold a harmonica IS in your left hand....so if the RIGHThanders are comfortable holding in left hand then play that way.....im left handed and i hold left handed leaving button on the right...i would only change button to the left if that was more comfortable.......i wouldnt automaticly change button to left just because im lefthanded.........there is a difference to this world if your left handed.....most everything to doors to coffe mugs to computer keyboards and mouses are for righthanders.....books....the list is endless...so lefthanders are forced into adapting into this right handed world so they often have an advantage of having both hands being equally coordinated even if they arent truly ambidexterous.....lefties can always do more with their right than a righty can with their left.....bottom line lefties dont automaticly reverse things to your right unless thats more comfotable....fun thing about the harmonica....one of few instruments where if played in the right hand.....its being played backwards and the rightys have to adapt for once lol.........justice finally

Hello David, i know this question isn't related to the video but it's important and i've been trying to find advice from someone who knows how to sing. Im currently the lead voice at my church, im only 15, i've never taken singing lessons in person or online, but i have been singing for 2 years. I feel like im missing a foundation to my voice. other from watching your videos, what do you recomend for me to do, where do i start? Thanks.

A "foundation" is a very complicated thing to reply to specifically without seeing where you're currently at vocally and knowing what you'd like to achieve. I think you really need an in-person or Skype lesson with an excellent vocal coach so you can be assessed. I do Skype vocal lessons and so does Kevin Richard (Rock The Stage NYC on KZbin) who does excellent lessons.

Thanks for watching :) ...my nails are natural. I grow mine around 1/3cm long I guess and file them down when they get any longer than that. Just enough to get a little attack on the strings.

Just a standard 12-hole Chromatic Mate, I think he plays a Hohner but it doesn’t really matter much.
