Hi Flora, welcome back to the old west. Glenn Ford and Gregory Peck took a break from playing cowboy this year, and John Wayne's missing too. I've seen 8 of the 30 that I know for sure. Favorites are - The Cimarron Kid, Duel at Silver Creek, Son of Paleface, Bend of the River and High Noon. Thanks again for commenting, always appreciated. Glad you liked the posters and stills. Next video on friday.

I feel that High Noon was one of the best westerns ever made with many great Movie stars Gary Cooper who is one of my favorite movie stars, with the very beautiful Grace Kelly along with Lloyd Bridges, and Lee Van Cleef.

Yep, High Noon is one of my favorites too. John Wayne hated it though.

This listing of ‘Westerns’ is an embarrassment ! There was NO mention of the many great films made by John Ford, plus Howard Hawks’s ‘Red River’, George Stevens’s ‘Shane’, William Wellman’s ‘The Ox-Bow Incident’, Anthony Mann’s ‘The Furies, and many many more.
