It would have been funny to show the second most iconic scene with the chest-popping alien: the chest-popping alien from Aliens (1979) and Space Balls (1987). Both are Iconic scenes for very different reasons. Spaceballs even got all the characters in the scene correct when it came to gender and ethnicity.

The cast in the Alien scenes reaction was real as Scott didnt tell them what was going to happen...when the alien burst out of his chest the only one who knew was John Hurt all the others had no idea

In ALIEN the cast were not told about how the alien was going to appear. They knew he was going to convulse but not about the chestburster. This was to give a honest reaction from the cast.

He has teeth. He is probably part of the low percentage of kids who lose their top two front teeth first, which is why they are a lot bigger than the other teeth. Or he may have buck teeth, which is a common oral issue globally.
