There isn't only BTS Exo and Got7 on earth. And on the contrary, they have every chance of attracting the West. As proof, in most of these groups, like Monsta X, BAP, SHINee, a large part of their fandom is abroad, especially in America and Europe. And BTS did not win the billboard award, they won the social media award. Which, let us recall, for the Americans, is not a very interesting award. (This does not prevent the ARMYs from being very proud of them since it is still a foreign Award).

honestly this us very inaccurate only YG, Cube, some SM artist, Vixx, Anda, Oohyo, BTS, and Block B could make songs that most likely could appeal to Westerners. But Kpop is Kpop. It was made for East Asia or just Korea. Only few Kpop songs sound like something the typical Westerner would listen to.
