Thanks for your meticulous work. Magnificent attention to detail. I have been to 12 of the parks and you overall got the upper echelon correct , but I would quibble on placement. However, Yankee Stadium is certainly not my choice for #1 nor would it even crack my top 15. However it is all so subjective. Thanks again for your most excellent opinion piece. Great work.

The music is deplorable; thank goodness for mute buttons. I generally agree with the comments below. Wrigley is #1 followed very closely by Fenway. The old Yankee Stadium was a shrine as well. How can you possibly be enticed to view a game at Tropicana????

My favorites are Fenway, Wrigley, Dodger Stadium, and the new Giants stadium. None of those ballparks were built with taxpayer money. I was the biggest baseball fan in the world for about 40 years, until the strike, the steroids, and the obscene money situation. Most say they don't understand the problem with the high salaries; if the players can get it, more power to them. I say that would be ok if they were in a competitive business where cities didn't pay for their workplaces, where new teams can't compete unless they're approved by the owners (and pay a huge ransom), the owners look the other way at steroids and other methods of cheating the game and the fans, and it costs $100 for two people to go to the game. BTW; the music sucks.

The only problems I have with some of these ballparks, are the ones with a roof. It takes out the window ins factor and destroys one of the dimensions of a he feeling of being in a ballpark.

No body even thinks of the outside of the stadium it's not what's inside sure it might be a little plain, but it's got some cool parts. The monument park is cool and the bleachers in the outfield aren't ordinary I like that, and the outside is nice as hell thats why people hate on the stadium cause they never bother to actually shut their mouths and take a good luck at all of the parts of the stadium.

Ive been lucky enough to go to over half the MLB stadiums and the fact that PNC Park is not in the top 3 is completely ridiculous. In my personal opinion it is the best stadium in Baseball. Yankee stadium is by no means a better stadium than PNC park and I think if People have actually been to both it would be a no brainer
