This list mostly proves that more votes were registered during later years and not overall popularity of the songs. Measuring what songs got the most votes based on the total amount of votes registered during that year in percentages would more accurately describe the popularity of the songs. But I'm not sure if that was the point of the video

It´s the difference from the last place. Anton E on place 29 has 8249 more votes than Anis on place 30, and Charlotte at place 28 has 4428 more votes than Anton on place 29 and so on

5 hearts in the app is 5 votes. It was around 200 000 people voting for Tusse in the final. That's just estimated numbers cause the real numbers are secret. But from the data that are available we can say it somewhere around that area.

A couple of reasons: 1. Heat 1 (Danny) saw over 7.8 million total votes (only Heat 3, Tusse's heat, had more), while Heat 4 (Eric) had easily the fewest, at under 7 million. That also explains Clara Klingenstrom being as low as she is (she was 4th in that heat & got the 8th fewest votes amongst all Mello 2021 songs in the heats, but it caught fire after the heats). 2. Danny won Heat 1, and somewhat comfortably too (his biggest rivals were Paul Rey & Arvingarna), while Eric got WRECKED by the Mamas in Heat 4 (they got almost 400k more votes than him).

Back in 2012 when Loreen won there were only televotes counted, Now everyone can vote using an app and it´s free so the amount of votes have changed from a total of around 1-2 million for all participants back in 2012 to 1-2 million for every song now in 2022
