I guess its just a game. Its not really whether you can do the job, its whether you can do the interview. The two have no correlation. They hire someone based on his "communication" only to sit him in a cube for 50 hours a week alone.

Rahul always when you get guests you must dont talk more than them and must not answer or explain things let the guest do it's his episode, while you can always share your knowledge in a different video
