I don't understand why this isn't a more popular topic. If you can't contract your muscles they can't grow properly...pretty important. Thank you

1) Muscle activations: short controlled very specific isolation movements that activate the right muscle groups and individual muscles. Important that you do it with little to no weights! 2) Muscle palpation: Giving your body some feedback specficially in the area you want to turn on and contract, rapidly poke that area, it helps your body tune in with the area. 3) Consuming Electrolytes and minerals. He likes to use sea salt. 4) Lions mane, creates neautrogical tissue

Make an activation exercise for chest please. No matter what I try I can’t seem to get any kind of pump or stress in my chest and it ALWAYS happens to my shoulders.

Interesting Blake, you are the first person for years I have heard talk about drinking 'dead' water and its debilitating effect. Most people (including those who claim to be in the know in the wider health conscious world) are still advocating distilled water also. I was told years ago that distilled water has this affect also (sapping the electroliytes and minerals as it moves through the body) So I have kept clear. When I have mentioned this to others they have been shocked to hear it.

👍💪celtic sea salt really is an essential, excellent, and affordable way to get your minerals . The right type of salt is essential for carrying other nutrients throughout the body too. Great info!

Can't do the first tip or gyming becomes a chore, I'm already going at it for 1 and a half hours, can't do tip number 2 as I already have to focus on proper form, tapping it repeatedly while under strain of certian weights will tire me out more than necessary, number 3 I can do FYI I always use table salt on everything, can't do number 4 they don't grow in South Africa Great I can do one thing only...hope it helps.

DO ACTIVATIONS FOR FEET!!! Like the actual deep muscles in the foot!! I can’t even spread my toes. And I can’t move my big toe independently from my little toes
