I just wanted to add this! I'm in law school and had to learn about this piece of jurisprudence. I don't remember the details but it was basically a bunch of teens harassing and hurting a classmate phisically while overlooking him while he transferred his items to their accounts (I thought there were two of them). Theft however can only be done to goods one could either touch or held any monetary value, it was up to question whether virtual goods did count too and this was agreed upon due to this piece of jurisprudence as John Doe just said. Not only the fact that one could touch or sell certain items made it a "good" but also the effort one had to make to get an item, virtual or not. RuneScape therefore had an impact on Dutch jurisdiction. The two got away with a sentence of community service for 144 hours

On runescape they have mainly added end game content raids , vork , nightmare and they have some new end game quests theres very few newer items that apply to lower levels , only thing would be adding some new slayer bosses like hydra and a minuscule of others, All gear like justicar and scythe of virtue are the best end game items and super op for bossing :) hope this helps a tinny bit Have a good day!

Thanks! New Changes to RuneScape I didn't know about was: RuneLightHD, GodWars, Membership Waterfall that blocks off the relic og castle wars that is still there thank jesus. They're adding a new location east of varrock, and they've opened a new island for both f2p and p2p, I don't know most of the bosses. One friend taught me about King Black Dragon, and that about all I knew. They moved clan wars out of the wilderness and it's now in a cave above falidors garden, they had a mining rework so that they wouldn't have a arguement of the cooldowns for a ore of any kind ever again, I support the mining rework, was great, I threw in the idea of ore boxes, also was helpful. Other weird news that I learned through youtube is that when I came back in 2018 2019 I had no idea why everyones bias levels were through the roof. Apparently the only research I did was after Runescape3/Jagex Banned me, when I followed all the rules strictly and never deviated. I did find a huge tonnage of random accounts in piles chasing eachother within tiles together and started to report them at the varrock west bank, I noticed in lumberige a guy that had like 7 accounts all doing woodcutting... I have a photo of that... where I caught a botter in the act, weird thing was he was all cool about it... then I noticed that the whole dynamic for grabbing loot can be altered badly in the original runescape browser gameplay and area loot sucks a lot during drop parties, I grown to dislike drop parties a lot lately, I don't follow to participate in that anymore when trading is safer and less stressful. I really wanted to work on fletching as a skill as a welcome back to runescape task, and I had to specifically ask strangers at the g.e. for logs that I would never have found in game, in order to make rune crossbows, on January 5th of 2022, all my skilling processes was no more, ceased to exist, still making efforts to have my main account exist again, and to eventually figure out how to solve this American Problem of identity thiefs, I met 1 at my college, didn't talk to her yet she sweet talked to be in front of me for this college class... if I had a better brain I would have cussed her out, really wanted to... I was mentally prepared for it yet.. I feel like a shmuck sometimes... the second I met at ocean city, we was both on bicycles and she had a black wig, I know that one did hack into my email to get the resume for the zoo job that I did that I filled out just to see her get all televised, and I had to call her out on stealing a job opportunity from me. I still would love a video if we, mote plox and I most likely have truely befriended each-other before 2015. I think I loved his skill cape emote so much that I might have inspired him to make that his official runescape name... I was with him near the lumberidge church chilling out in like a small pile of people just socializing... because I still tried to remain wholesome my whole in game life. I can't ever play runescape anymore due to jagex's ultimate disrespect they thrown in my face through the 15 or more emails with their team of mods at jagex. I cannot make anymore archery equipment of bolts or arrows, imp robes, spider silk robes, green dhide armor, blue dhide armor, studded chap leathers, I can't make anymore games necklaces, holy symbols, I can't make anymore unf(unfired)mining or fishing urns or unr(unruned), I really miss competing with my friends over how to make gp and flex with each other... I really beat him at leveling up fletching and cooking so far, yet I cannot progress any further until I get properly unbanned. I cannot make anymore rune oreboxes, I cannot make anymore mithril pickaxes, adamant pickaxes, rune pickaxes, I used to give them away to folks who really needed it and it wasn't a market at the g.e. because it was dry as fritters... I really miss finding the redberry bush and patiently waiting for the cooldown respawns, I loved fighting knights for them grapes, I miss being able to visit the witch for some dyes, I really did sell my team cape because they ended up pointless and not offering any pvp bonuses what so ever. I miss the sheep morph at castle wars, I miss the imp morph at castle wars.. was a great topic starter it was so great to find other geniuses to talk with. so the pickaxe story did have a obvious give away to what my username might be to hint for you mote plox, it was really difficult being a legit runescape woman back then and even back in January 5th 2022 and earlier then that. The real falador masacre video about a player losing a whole set of saradomin armor... another hint... also was me, I lost it due to the pvp glitch...that someone else had. I really miss back in the day when folks legit chilled on clan wars big and small castles. I really miss those wooden turrets for castle wars, and the vial fire making thing, vial of green smoke... I forgot what they're called. I miss them mini games that did appear in the game overworld to teleport you or hand you things on the spot like sandwiches or the little purple fruit that gave you a instant run refueler... I miss the hotter runescape woman model. I don't miss most of the men on runescape that might have lured a 8 year old girl, traumatized that 8 year old girl, resulting in small memory flare ups... I really enjoyed fighting cows, and remember before 2014 how dumb I was for not looting bones back then. I miss the new catacombs in lumberidge with the basement having bats that dropped some seriously good loot for crafting, fishing, fletching, and magic. They have green dragons in the wilderness, they have blue dragons in the wilderness, the black knights are in the smaller lava maze in f2p that drop great loots. I really just also miss visiting karajma when it was not so laggy as it is today. Here's some food for peoples brains, from my impressive memory cognition and recall skills. I sure hope we could do a collaberation mote plox and I agree to be viewed on a stream with you.

@@ohigedid91xbox9 I live in the Netherlands. I'm not saying there are no consequences for making threats like that over here, but the consequences are orders of magnitude smaller than in the US. I found (and translated) some examples for you, so you can see how threats are handled here. If you want, I can send the (Dutch) sources as well. 9 years ago, a Dutch girl got arrested (by regular police officers instead of a swat team) for sending bomb threats towards her school on Twitter. She was interrogated and was released the next day, because it was clear she was joking. In 2018, a guy threatened on KZbin to commit a school shooting (multiple times). The first two times, the police just went to his house and asked him to stop saying things like that. Only the third time was he actually arrested. He got sentenced to 1 month in prison. Another guy got sentenced to 17 days in prison (of which 14 were suspended) for threatening a politician online in 2018. The judge originally wanted to give him 50 hours of community service, but since the guy was homeless, the judge felt like he might just not show up.

What you've missed: They wasted time tinkering with a special attack weapon that was working fine for years, and released the first major pvp update in years only for it to be scrapped because it was half-assed in the first place. You also missed a bunch of useless mid-tier content that wasn't nearly as important as the previously mentioned issues. Oh, you can do farming contracts though so in between the time you are waiting for people to populate the dying wilderness and pvp scene, you can mindlessly farm herbs more efficiently. If you enjoy PvM and have weeks of grinding available, you have a chance at one of the new drops at the nightmare though, good luck!

Just take it easy getting back into the game, i came back to oldschool after a 5 year break, find a laid back social clan who are patient and kind in teaching you the new things. elitism among players has become a real issue and if you land in the wrong clan you are quitting this game within a week because all advice you will get is: get gud. Hmm raids 2 in mortania... new defender a staff that heals and a scythe which Is bis melee for a lot of things Prifdinas (crystal city) was added along with the grandmaster quest for it. Zalcano skilling boss there. Corp 2 (nightmare of ashihama) is a new boss. Gives a staff with 3 orbs that can be put into it and bis crush armor Also dmm is being put on hold but lots of people did twisted league and seemed to love it. It's an iron man only limited time game mode with boosted exp. Also it was area locked and the first one was zeah
