Minairuka isn't a trigger effect. It's a quick effect. It doesn't chainlock your opponent. For example : If you normal summon buzzsaw shark and activate it's effect to SS from deck, minairuka doesn't trigger immidiately. Your opponent can still activate imperm or ash blossom, and if they do, your minauruka cannot activate on hand. Cause it lost it's timing.
