My ChiWeenie is a perfect low maintenance dog! A couple minutes in the bath tub once a month is all I need to do for grooming besides getting his nails clipped. He is sweet, loves people and dogs, loves to cuddle with me and is not a yapper. I take him to senior residence twice a month where he lets people hold him. He weighs 11 pounds and is known for his gigantic ears! 😂

My (b)rat terrier is possibly the lowest maintenance dog I have had. Very short coat, and healthy as a horse. Almost 17 and still pretty energetic still.

I enjoy all your videos, but I don’t consider long haired dogs low maintenance. You either have to learn to groom them yourself or spend money and time taking them to a professional.

Pugs are not very low maintenance, as their wrinkles and ears NEED to be kept clean and washed well on a very regular basis. They also often suffer respiratory issues that require frequent and expensive vet visits. Sometimes even surgery in extreme cases.
