When I move, I'll definitely look in to this bike. Looks like one of the best ways to get in a full-body cardio session, really quick and not really moving anywhere hehe2

Yes I’m a massive fan of it. Just a shame it’s expensive but you get what you pay for. There are cheaper versions though

Finished the 2 Miles in 4.56. It feels like run on a treadmill for 45'. Unbeliavable pump and fatigue

A Little update, finished 5 Miles in 13 minutes, a supreme aerobic work. Now i must burn 100 calories in under 6 and do your ultimate long distance work of 10 km. I also have a question, how often do you lubricate the bike chain and how often do you thight the chain in a year???

I recently got the bike and built it up, do you have any idea if the red metal placeholder part that arrives instead of the front leg has any use or why it was there? Btw awesome bike they feel so nice and drive up the heart rate really fast

Yes i think i had the same thought when i can across it and to this date have never found a use for it. Yes its a great bike and a great bit of kit

Yes high intensity training/ hiit training is good for that but you can do it for longer aerobic training too

How do we set up a sitting position to suit our bodies?

Normally the seat is set around hip height but can be difficult for some to adjust, for me i get in the seat and make sure that there is a slight bend in the knee and will adjust seat height until i get that. For how close you are to the handles i do it so i can fully extend arms with again a slight bend in elbow so can fully and comfortable drive with the arms too.

Yes it burns a lot of calories and can help with fat loss
