One part simple syrup (equal parts water and table sugar boiled and cooled) then one part lemon juice and one part lime juice.

The Buffalo Iced Tea- 2 oz slivovitz, 1 oz spirytus (sub everclear), juice of one lime,6 oz loganberry(must be bought online if not in Western New York), shake and pour over shaved ice. Garnish with sponge candy.
