We are safe, but have a long road to recovery. Many places we mentioned in the video are now completely gone. So sad.

My brother in law Dave is the mastermind of the dockside pizzas 🍕. My sister Kathy works at Matanzas’s as well. I’ve gone down there for two weeks in December and had a pizza every day of the trip 😀🎣

I just returned from FMB yesterday.....I'm glad to say I was able to visit #1, #2, and #4 on your list. The food was amazing at the Cottage Inn, breakfast and the buckets of rum were fantastic at the Salty Crab and we stayed at the Lani Kai, the atmosphere there was so much fun from daylight to midnight. Looking forward to going back again.

Cool video, people!! (Burst out laughing when you mentioned the rooms at the Lani Kai. LOL! I was in town one night when they had a shooting. Yes, rooms are not sanitary). I miss Ft Myers Beach; lived close to San Carlos and Summerlin. I moved back Northeast last August when the COVID started getting out of control and most people were not wearing masks. Keep smiling 😋

I still prefer Hallandale Beach Florida and Hollywood Beach Florida, Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale Beach, these the best beaches in Florida lifestyle wise ❤.

Parking is tough right now, but you can valle park at the Cottage/Shuckers. Parking at Lani Kai.

I think the island is technically called Estero island, but no one calls it that. It’s Fort Myers Beach and the city of Fort Myers Beach.

Yeah, Doc Fords is still here. Great place. Didn't make the list because it's not on the beach, thus not a beach bar. But we are working on a video for best places to get to by boat. Doc Fords will be on that list!

We at fort meyers beach right now. Followed your advice. Cottage is worst bar we have been to so far. Would not serve my 21 yr old son cuz he just renewed his mn license cuz he just turned 21. He had his old license and state certified renewal paper and no bueno. They said its florida law ! Haha we have been to 46.5 other bars, and not one said anything!!!! We told the other bars we went to bout the cottage issue and they laffed at us and said there is no such law! Place is stupid expensive and a dump. Dont take this channels advice.
