I was right there last week Stayed at casa coson, visited the beach where silver beach is going to be and the beach is awesome(quiet, calm, warm water) I did not want to leave. Had lunch at mosquito, dinner right below your office (payan) and the best facial, pedicure, in playa las ballenas Alisé

What are the monthly condo fees of your complex, and yearly Realstate taxes ?

Where I am HOA fees are very high. Something we are trying to correct as we speak. Our Association of owners is working on this. But it's absolutely the best location in LT no questions about that. We are near 3$ a sqm Taxes 1% over 180k

I think it is sad that Playa Coson will be developing as it is such a quiet beach area right now and such a great place to spend time due to how quiet it is. Its sad to think it will not be this way in a few years.

Hey I feel your thoughts but remember the beachfront is mostly spoken for here. So we won't see the beachfront change much. That won't happen. Which is good. Development will come though...but so long as tasteful and controlled with density laws we have in place. All will work well. I am confident.
