Hello Mr Asad Yaqub. I think you have some wrong information about the UKVI IELTS test and the normal Academy IELTS test. Because the normal Academic IELTS is also accepted by many universities in the UK according to British Council website. I don't know what is the actual amount of money you have to spend in Pakistan, but in Bangladesh, it is costlier than the normal IELTS.

Today on 16 July, the listening was easy in parts 1 and 4 and moderate in parts 2 and 3, the same pattern in parts 1 and 4 one word only, part 2 MCQ and map part 3 MCQ and match the information same as IELTS 17 book pattern. Reading was also easy to moderate, first passage was about opera and music and how the Italian public reacts to music with Sentence completion and True false not given. Part 2 was about parents and children and includes which paragraph contains the following information, match comments with authors, and sentence completion. Part 3 was about Robotic bees and it was quite difficult and included MCQ, yes no not given, and sentence completion. Writing part 1 was comparing two pie charts and part 2 was to what extent you agree or disagree that in developing countries we can reduce poverty if children get free education till class 6. Speaking part 1 was about the study or work then hobby then do you visit old buildings on your city, when where. Do you want to visit any old buildings in the future? The cue card was about describing a family person with whom you want to start a new business. Part 3 same follow-up questions related to family business pros and cons. and also how technology will affect the business in the future (online business). It was a computer-based test and in computer-based, I don't know about listening but reading and writing, every candidate has different passages and questions, and writing tasks 1 and 2 will also be different. Overall the test was easy to moderate. Thank me later
