After watching this video, I was torn between the Ibanez and the epiphone. I went for the Ibanez as I liked the tone in this. It took me a while to set it up, lower the action, change the strings. Lower the nut, alter the truss rod. Now I have it just about right and, for £90, it really sounds great. Nice neck and finish. really would recommend it

YAMAHA F310 and CORT AD810OP Had a pure acoustic guitar sound which was so clear .Whereas IBANEZ V50NJP had a very elegant sound which was good in alternate picking but not that clear in strumming .EPIPHONE DR100 had a thick tone in alternate picking but in strumming, it nailed it ,it had soo clean sound in strumming. FENDER CD60 had a very tranquil and warm tone in strumming and also in alternate picking All the guitars were soo properly played by him so hats off bro u are soo good My personal favourite guitars are: FENDER CD60 and CORT AD810 But u can buy any of these

Excellent comparison. I thought the Ibanez just edged out in front, but very close with the Epiphone to my ears. Initially I didn't like the Fender much, but near the end with the quick changes between guitars I liked it much better. My least favourite was the Cort.

I feel like ppl always underestimate guitars that are ranger from $150-$250. I, myself is getting a Yamaha f335. Ik it isn't featured in the video but its in my price budget. Now I'm just trying to find a not to pricey gig bag bc I don't need a case. I think hearing and learning is best. I do play trumpet and tuba. I always wanted to play guitar.b

I tried epiphone DR100 for a couple of months and the Yamaha F325D at the store. Epiphone has an amazing quality, good big size but Yamaha felt like it had way richer sound quality and more compact and fancy body.

Got the Ibanez V50NJP as my first guitar mostly because of this comparision, and it sounds as amazing as in this video. Great guitar, no rough edges/frets, no technical issues. Stays in tune for long periods. Next mission would be to learn the song in this video. If anyone is considering buying this guitar, go ahead, it's worth it. Thank you Artyom for this video.

@@afonsobarradas6036 yea i still love it. I swapped the strings for some Dadario 11-52 Phosphor bronze and it made a huge difference for my fingers. Strings seem a bit softer, i don't get finger pain as fast as i did with the stock strings and the sound is warmer, less metalic. I did not get it set up by a professional neither did i adjusted it because i didn't feel like it needs adjustments. Get also a bag of different sized picks(thin to medium), the ones the guitar comes with are too thick for a beginner

I owned both a epiphone dr-100 and the acoustic electric version of the fender cd60 the CD-60CE.. Then fender sounded a little fuller and better.. but.. it was also 100$ more... paid 200 for the fender and paid 99$ for dr-100. Dr-100 is a great 1st player guitar though and i recommend one to anybody

So out of those 5 guitars.... 3 of them were all made in the same factory! The Ibanez, Fender and Cort are all made by Cort. They all sounded as you would expect for a fully laminated guitar - which is basically tinny and 2 dimensional. Like comparing cheap wine - they all taste terrible but one is bound to be "better" than the rest - but its relative. My personal advice would be buy whichever is cheapest and invest in a good set up so whilst it may sound poor it will still play nicely. From my experience Yamaha guitars play best from the box if you cannot afford a good setup so that would be my choice at this price point if buying blind.

I got the ibanez arriving tomorrow... Up until now ive been strumming on a cheap car boot stall 5 quid job. Its bloody awful. But i want to play and at 40 years old i hope.im.not too late to the party. The Ibanez has a nice full sound. So does the Yamaha. Had an Ibanez 12 string acoustic that I got used. Played it for 25 years! Excellent guitar!

This is tough but I'd say Epiphone($120) and Fender($230) are tied, then Ibanez($130), Cort($130) and Yamaha($200) last.. If you have the money to burn I'd say get the Fender and if you're on a tight budget, Epi or Ibanez are your best bet!

The Ibanez had a richness in sound that was unique , The Yamaha has an overall classic sound but without nuance. Both neck & neck. Then the Fender came in with something.... I'm having a hard time choosing. Maybe I'll get the Jameson electric / acoustic. .

*Hey Artyom! Please read!* I'm a beginner looking for an acoustic guitar (€80-€200) with warm tone. I love the sound of the Fender Squier SA-150 but heard the actual quality is not good at all. This guitar sounds really nice but I've hear other video's where the sound is much harsher. I personally lean towards fuller/warmer instead of crisp/bright tones. My preference is that it would not be too loud (like the Yamaha f-310 is) so it can be accompanied with singing (and overall used more for strumming). I would like for it to be easy to play as a beginner (lower action and not too heavy/thick strings). I feel like I’m coming across as demanding haha but honestly I’m just looking to invest in a good guitar which can last me the first couple years. Would love some help here! I really don’t know anymore! :(

Hi not sure if this helps , you I've just bought one .... beautiful guitar, but ..as soon as I started playing my fingertips were hurting like hell , and mine are callousing up as well , plus the action was so high , so as good as it looked I couldn't get along with it . Shame really 😢
