I personally would recommend Kelme football boots for AG pitches. Really comfortable sole plate. They have something called Jidian (or Fast Flash transtalted to English) 3.0, which is an amazing pair of football boots.

Am I the only one who plays better with any other boots that aren’t football boots. My touch, ability, control and passing are amazing especially in trainers but as soon as I wear football boots of any kind I feel nerfed. I’ve tried getting a few football boots on the cheap end btw but to no avail. Does anyone have any advice for, I mean I would wear trainers but the thing is you aren’t allowed to wear them in tournaments.

Do you have wide feet? Then go for the nike premier 3 or adidas copa gloro. But you have to break them in for 2-3 games until they fit your feet well. You may also take a look at the new balance 442. All leather boots, which provide the best comfort. You may also consider buying TF shoes for astro/Turf. They are basically trainers with small studs. Premier 3, copa gloro, new balance 442, puma king pro, predator accuracy.3 are good TF boots.

If you want grip, the GX pros won't give you much. I don't know much about the superfly, but from what I understand, it's purely a speed-type boot. Even though the GX pros don't have gripknit, I understand that the Nikeskin upper provides some level of grip on the ball. On another note, the GX pros have this tristar stud on the outsole that I believe provides a combination of pivot and thrust that the bladed studs provide. In my opinion, I'm going for the pros, it's the one I've been researching more out of the two but the lack of gripknit might make me consider another control-style boot rather than the GX.

Have been wearing the predator elites since February now. Sorry but they suck. One of the most uncomfortable pairs of boots I’ve ever had, they aren’t too tight or too loose, they just never break in. I would not recommend anyone get them over the phantom gx or even tiempos.

yes, preds win in innovation this year (which is why boot reviewers give them top place), but in terms of actual performance and durability, gx2 with AG soleplate is the way to go.
