Just came back after a year+ without even opening the game, and since last time I played I'm loving this meta so far. Nothing seems too broken or unfair unlike the last time I tried playing this game. Now I can have fun playing, I like this moment of hearthstone

Asteroid shaman is one of the most fun decks ive played as a burn/combo player. People talk about it being minion focused because if you cant stick some spell damage your damage potential outside of shudderblocking your bolides drops off a lot

i think the point of royal librarian in that otk hunter deck is to silence the reborn ziliax because if you play against a druid or any other deck that plays it i think it’s super hard to win without a silence

35:51 idk bout standard, but in wild, i made a renathal (40card) Libram paladin, that beat the *wild* version of infinite armror priest that, with the zyrella hero card, gained over 500armor in a single turn, probably close to 1,200 total armor. Problem is, it runs zero control, so the libram that gives +3/+3 amd returns to ur hand, ends up being a real problem for the preist when ur creatures are hitting them for like 93damage a piece

i have a little tip to you Clark, you can just replace one breakdance with a E.T.C. and put the breakdance in the E.T.C. and have a tar slick and a bounce around in there as well.

@@ClarkHellscream yeah the deck is kinda fun. Control decks are here but they are all trash. Aggro and mid/tempo decks have just too much tools. Half the games are scams (like dungar/pipsi/asteroids) the other half ends t5/6 because aggro has too much tools. Im 6k legend which is not great but jesus i haven't find a single deck that I enjoy playing AND is pretty good in the meta. The strong decks are so unforgiving that there is no place AT ALL for out-of-meta decks.

I really wanted this patch to be good, but after falling from Diamond 1 with 3 stars back to Diamond 3 while CONSTANTLY losing to Wave of Nostalgia highrolls wiping out my Starship pieces or other bigger cards... especially with most of them drawing a Sigil AND random RNG Parachutes on top of the sigil into the Wave turn (still on 5, coining, even running Greedy Partner to coin), i just don't know if i can or want to play this patch more. The fact that the top of the diamond to legend leaderboard is a complete highroll deck that RNGs you on top of RNG on top of RNG and consistently hands me my behind when it builds 3 or more 8/8s while my best random legendary is a 3/6 or a 4/4 is just too infuriating. Maybe we should genuinely consider Hall of Fame'ing Wave of Nostalgia. It had its meme time, it had its time on top of the meta, but it CLEARLY shouldn't. Mass polymorph with RNG upside is not a healthy card to have around. The deck would even still have blood lust lethals without it.

For Dungar, sub one of the Spacerocks for the 6/8 taunt. Ive found myself getting stuck with those dang Spacerocks CONSTANTLY. Then to make matters worse, sometimes you cant even play your hand out because your board is filled with Spacejunk. At least with the 6/8, it doesn't end up being a dead card in hand and I've played it on turn 4 multiple times

What do you guys think, should they buff up Arkwing Pilot a bit? Or even the smallest buff will make the card absurdly broken and op? 7 mana 4/4 or 6 mana 4/3. It is a really fun card to use but gets outclassed in this fast tempo game.

That Libram deck I copied was terrible lol. Or atleast the RNG. Although my first match was against a randkm “Whale” with all Golden Set of Libram Pallies. Basically a mirror match, except his deck was WAYY better and he had more draws. I didn’t get a weapon until 6th round and only 3 HP left meanwhile the opponent was at 30 health. This would never happen with Brian Kiblers build lol

When you mentioned trample hunter, ya got me thinking you were gonna bring up my deck ;). Doing super well with my version that has only Hollow Hound, and most importantly, Patchwork Pals. Vs some decks, you want Pals to tempo out some damage and control the board, and you have the option of buffing up Huffer super quickly. Also, concerning starship priest. I used Floxy's list, but I added a Ceaseless, weapon, and Southsea Deckhand for some crazy Voljin craziness.

Massive increase in WR for starship rogue at top legend, from a stinky 47,5 to a crappy 49,3%. Boy, those high legend players rly know how to pilot a deck.

@@ClarkHellscream That's nice, but I was talking about the general WR. The 47,5 to 49,3% is simply a correction in WR because less players, who put more time into that deck, play it. And your own wr is not a better indicator than that of thousand of games. I do think the deck is strong in the right situations though, but we are talking about the general WR here, at least I was.

@@ClarkHellscream like every other deck u play it like chess. u do mistake u lose. rock shaman just kill you while watching some video on youtube. swarm board to take random shots on minions doesn't work. stack armor? how much 300? i feel that there is no counter play
