Very often, batteries on bikes priced under $1000 are not UL listed. Cheap in this case could burn your house down. I have a trike just under the price range mentioned and I am not very happy with it. Within 6 months, I had to replace the poor quality battery. I wish I had spent at least $2000. I have a ebike that cost $ 4400 and components are awesome. You get what you pay for.

Powerful 350 watt motor? 36 volt? I suppose they have their place but I consider the Lectric Trike the value bargain.

No good. You will drive on the main road with cars in city but can not have top speed 50 mph and battery last at least 4 hrs. No safety in city

250 to 350 watts has no non-assistance range or power for uphill climbs.

However 2 of those under $1000 electric trikes cost over $1000. And a 250 or 350 motor doesn't cut it. I have 30 to 35% grades and one at 41% anything less than 1000 watts won't make it.

I saw cheaper on Google search, but some are this much . Nothing lower then $700 though. 😩 So expensive. Fif that can buy a car of i could drive. I like purple color best or a toned down suble blue i saw. The green & peach colors i saw even the green gere is too showy. Too beight for a bike. I like the big basket optin & head light. Not that ill he riding at night, but still good. If it has reflectors or o could add some itd be okay then ig. Im on disability & don't fathom soending that much on what i saved. If had a permanent own hone maybe. If it was foldable for apt etc rn put in storage I am paying for then okay. Idk. 😩 My predicament.
