Lou is stuck and immobile with invincibility while max is the same except she gets to move forward out of danger and into a better position of attack ie a frank, shelly, buzz super etc, i understand lou’s invincibility lasts longer but it hardly makes a difference half the time, what max’s gadget needs is only a slight nerf to its shield possibly by 90 or even 85 percent less damage taken so then atleast some enemy brawlers can get a fair exchange with this by charging up there super a little when hitting max with gadget enabled and max players can finally learn to use their gadget in ways that dont result in them killing enemies more often with less than 80 health points then proceeding to spin in a circle faster than light while pinning annoying pins that are grafted into my brain wrinkles due to the insane amount of times i’ve had to listen to them.

The mentality shouldn't be to nerf every single gadget that is good,it should be to buff the garbage ones to a balanced level,otherwise after some time every single gadget is gonna be underwhelming because every time one becomes good it gets nerfed lol

I like Rosa's Unfrinedly Bushes gadget myself even how I don't main her. Not only you can see where enemies are but also you can slow them to catch them and it's not overpowered because how it just affects the enemies inside the bushes. Fits in her kit well and fills her weakness: not being able to catch enemies.

@@Toborble they have different purposes so it's hard to compare. Squeak's gadget can basically bloq a big part of the map for 10 seconds which is stupid tbh, and max's gadget is just a life savior

I think the way to nerf max's gadget is the same as they made with tick's first gadget, just don't make more invencible but tank some damage, like 50% or 60%

No that will kind of make it bad, I suggest that it tanks about 85% or so, similar to rosa. this doesn't make her unkillable anymore but is still very useful and needs you to think twice before dashing into a tick head or other spawnables that die on impact. Reworking it into knocking people back but with no invincibility at all will be cool too, like Bonnie's gadget but longer

8:41 - Like tick's gadget, i think it should have reduced shielding. For example a 50% shield opposed to a 100% shield. This way, the general idea of max being able to dash to escape danger isn't ruined but also isn't overpowered.

Yeah that gadget is good but keep in mind that if u want to get good value out of it, u wanna use it vs brawlers with full hp, if they are low u wont get much out of it. so it can be bad in some situations but over all i think its amazing if u know how and when to use it.

a lot of these gadgets dont really need nerfs, its just that the brawlers that they're attached to are really strong and thus, they're strong as well. also honorable mention to slow-mo replay, even if buster got nerfed i still feel like its such a strong gadget especially for a tank

8:08 I think that one of the ways to NERF that gadget is to change it. Instead of negating all damage, it will give you a damage reduction shield during the dash and still have it for a couple of seconds, like Meg's star power and have immunity to CC (stun, slow, pull, freeze, knock back, etc) during the dash.(I don't remember if her dash has cc immunity already 💀) that's basically what they did with another character in other game, he had a dash with immunity to all damage and they changed to something like the thing I said.

I think the best nerf for Gus's gadget would be to delay the ghost explosion like with Bo's gadget, and in the case of Penny, instead of having less HP, the barrel would get more from Penny's attacks, e.g. from 100 -> 250

3:24 Adding delay would also be a good nerf, like the spirit explodes a second after using a gadget. Nita's first gadget has been nerfed in the same way, and now Nita's gadgets are pretty balanced.

I actually use Gus's gadget on a daily basis and it's a LIFESAVER sometimes! It can deal a standard amount of damage to enemies with ghosts that you'll probably not need, or just finish them off when it's hard to reach them beacuse Kooky Popper actually doesn't have a small range. Edit: I think it's balanced btw, it doesn't need any nerfs in my opinion.

In my opinion, Shelly and Piper have a lot of potential with their accessories, they give a lot of opportunities to turn the matches around. A nerf suggestion for Max's accessory would be to decrease the resistance of his shield, like going from protecting 100% of damage to protecting 80% or something like that.

Idea on nerf these gadgets: Carl 2nd gadget He now throw his pickaxe, when get into max range or hit wall, them he will be moving forward (Like Buzz super) Gus 1st gadget No longer knock back enemies Damage 1400 -> 1500 Penny 1st gadget HP 2000 -> 500 (that means she can shoot only 5 times) Squeak 2nd gadget Now can only slow enemies on bushes (f.e left side Bush rights no Bush, slow only left side) Max 1st gadget Range 3.33 -> 2.5 To make up for it, its now immune now knockback and Stun Sorry for bad english What do you think?

VIDEO SPOILERS⚠️ I think a good way to balance each gadget is: 5- Slightly reduce the speed of the gadget and half the damage of the attack when it is activated (dmg: 990 > 495 + 3000 > 2800 P. Speed) 4- Make the ghosts have a very slight delay (i suggest: 0.5s Delay) 3- Make so her shots do more dmg to the barrel (i suggest: 100 > 200) 2- Nerf the duration (i suggest: 15s > 12s) 1- Reduce the shielding (i suggest: 100% > 70%)

I think it wont need a nerf, this gadgets are just good but not really broken. If every time they buff or nerf something, it will be boring to face up any brawlers. Some changes has to exist, but I think so they have to focus on the worst gadgets and upgrade them, unless make the bests worst.

Honestly don't think they should nerf penny. She is one of the two brawlers new players can max out for free which allows them to have a great brawler to rely on from the start. They should just have minor nerf to her gadget but that's about it.

Ways to nerf those gadgets: Penny: Damage the barrel gets, when Penny uses it - 100 -> 200 Gus: Remove the knockback Max: ability to pull/push away/knock her back while using the gadget. E.g. when Shelly uses her super while Max uses gadgets, she receives neither damage nor negative effects (knockback, slow, etc.), so they give other brawlers this kind of ability (except Stun, slow)

Carl: Decrease speed carl travels OR make it deal 0 damage Gus: Make it like tripwire Sqeak:Remove slow and replace with 100 damage per second Penny: Penny deals 400 damage to barrel instead of 100 Max:Remove invincibility but add immunity to stuns, slows and knockback.

I don't want Max nerfs, (she's my main and I really want rank 35), but it has to be done. The problem with max is that she does way too much damage, and acts like an assassin at times Also, her super just provides WAY too much value to her entire team Here are my proposed changes: Nerfs: Damage, 340 --> 320 per projectile (reverting back to the 16/06/21 balance changes) Gadget, 100% immune --> 75%, you now have to be a bit more careful when you're low hp Supercharge rate, 7.88% per projectile (13 bullets) --> 6.67%(15 hits, 3 ammo - 1 bullet) Buffs: Supercharged (1st star power): Efficiency increased by 15%, this will negate the supercharge nerf by a little bit, but also make it harder to choose between her star powers because Run N Gun, just makes her feel so oppressive with "infinite ammo" and this could make people switch to Supercharged.

Nice video! Just a suggestion: referring to the gadgets and star powers as first or second doesn't help in identifying what they are. I believe most of us won't remember which is first or second. Alternatively, saying "Penny's barrel gadget" or "Max's dash gadget", even if it's not its correct name, is imo way better to help identify which gadget you're talking about.
