I have modern Slickshot deck that runs 16 creatures, kills in 3-4 turns virtually every game, with a good level of protection, and works well with only 16 lands. Going 2 for 3 in rounds at my FNM these days and I dont even have all the cards yet. Still figuring out sideboarding and i need some shock lands. But if i can resolve just 1 creature, i can pump it to 20+ in the blink of an eye and if they try for the old 2 for one I have apostle's blessings, and force of negations for ye.

I do not think that the Eldrazi Tron List is suitable to play in this meta... cant see it working with that Manabase and how slow it is.

I thought the exact same, then I played it. As long as you aggressively mulligan it works just fine! However, with R/W energy now often turning Mardu the inclusion of thoughtseize does make mulliganing harder!

I just played eldrazi tron in an RCQ and didn’t do too bad. Nadu is just egregious. Only deck I lost to.
