DesertWest Foldable one is showing a problem with keeping a charge from reviews on Amazon, which is pretty stupid considering it is a bit over $100. Paying that price, you expect quality. The "ZAPAL" one had some negative reviews as well. As for The "Coolify 2S", this review by Kylie Jordan sums it up nicely: "I bought this product last year to help me combat the heat. I am super sensitive to the heat. I thought it was great at first because it actually gets cold. But soon I realized it is not nearly as effective as I had hoped. The fans do not blow with much force at all and you can't adjust the angle at all. It does get cold on the neck but it isn't very effective. If I wear this outside I hardly notice it doing anything but blowing air at my ears. The battery power sucks so this can only be used for maybe 3 hours before needing to be charged. I am very disappointed with this product. Save yourself the money and just get a neck fan."

But this doesn’t mean that even cheap items used outdoors should be deliberately sold at high prices. Can you tell me what expensive technology or material has been used in the neck fan due to which it is necessary to sell it at high price?
