Hi Dawn and thanks for your videos. We are looking to move up to Cottonwood but we are concerned about the slag pile in the middle of town. There are some nice homes for sale near the slag pile but I would be concerned about resale value. What are your thoughts and do you know anything about the slag pile as far as will it ever go away? What about On the Greens. It is 55plus gated community of manufactured homes on golf course, pool,tennis and so on. Homes starting around $150k views of red rocks in Sedona, Mingus mt.

On the Greens is very nice. Has a lot rental fee of about $650 month. Hard to pick just 5 neighborhoods, but I profiled Pine Shadows over On the Greens because I see about 4 times the sales activity there.

although last week I was sitting in the hospice facility with my mother, thinking she was going to die. And she didn't. Although she didn't know who I was and asked what my name was. So its possible I was distracted, but I still don't see a text.
