Would you recommend north grand view height for someone looking for 2bed with 2 young kids (young family) max rent 3000 with utilities . I do not have a car so it needs to be easy access to downtown Vancouver for work.

You’ll have to take the bus to the skytrain so it’ll probably be around 1.5 hours each way without a car. You’d be able to find accommodations in your price range though but transmitting won’t be the easiest from there

There’s a few! I’d say Clayton, Fraser Heights, Grandview, or Fleetwood. Budget will play a factor though!

Why can't Vancouver solve its homeless problem? You want people to buy million dollars homes but the homeless are allowed to move into your neighborhood anytime. If they can build camps for the army why not built camps for the homeless? Than make again the law to live on the street.

I wish I had the answer but I don't. I think it's a very complex problem but I also think the government could be doing a better job. The good news though is that South Surrey isn't affected by the homeless much at all!
