DO NOT BUY HP IT WILL BE A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! YOU HAVE TO PAY A SUBSCRIPTION TO BE ABLE TO PRINT AND THE CARTRIDGES ARE SUPER PRICY! I JUST GOT RID OF MINE

@@thomashoekstra2933 not just this person, but I myself have this problem. You can only buy their ink and paper or they will stop your ability to print. If you go to their website there are so many reviews of dislikes because of this feature. It might not be right away but they will get you.

I have used hp officejet pro printers at work for 3 years now and you do not need a subscription. I can’t speak to cartridge costs, but I have been pretty happy with them. The mobile and desktop app isn’t perfect but works pretty well and reliability has been good. I also have an 7 year old wireless hp personal printer that uses the same software. I had it in storage for 4 years straight which normally would cause clogging issues but it worked like new when I pulled it out. I get off brand cartridges on Amazon. They work great and are pretty cheap.

True, all have their Pros and cons. Cannon’s ink evaporates, meaning that you’ll need ink every month or so regardless of pages printed. HP’s support and warranty “service” are also laughable. Brother’s seem okay, but ALL are pricey.

I recently purchased a new Epson Eco Tank 3850 printer at Costco for $325.00. The setup was relatively easy and I had it up and running in about 15 minutes after unboxing. However, I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the printing for both documents and photos.The edging in the photos were grainy and the colors were darker then the original photos. I reset the color management and it still produced a low quality image. The scanner is also cheap inefficient. After scanning a simple document I discovered the text had jagged edges and the tops of the fonts in some sentences were chopped off. The only way I could get nice sharp fonts in a document was to scan in Photo Mode. The top automatic feeder which is used to scan multiple documents or make copies, pulls the entire stack of papers into the feeder all at once. I had to physically stagger each page individually to prevent the stack from jamming the feeder. All in all this printer is constructed of poor quality materials and is cheaply made. Thank God I saved the box. I'm packaging it back up and taking it back to Costco first thing tomorrow.

My ET-2875 can print dobbeltsided manually. But only whole documents. That is if you have a 100 pages document you can not only print 10 pages . I assume this is a software error but the agent seems uninterested to alert the manufacturer. The software is App epson smart Panel

I'll never buy another Cannon product. Had two that worked fine until Microsoft updated on my laptop and I tried to print a Word document. My laptop was no longer able to interact with my printer without Microsoft's involvement. After that both printers showed wrong printer head error and nothing got them working again. After the first one showed the printer head error a perfect test sheet was printed out on my second Cannon. Attempting to print out that same Word document resulted in the printer head error. So not only is Microsoft insidiously trying to insert itself into more of a person's daily use of personal computers but now it looks like Cannon is effected. Making their older products obsolete. Cannon's driver seemed to be taken completely out. The printers could not even scan with Microsoft running the process. Two perfectly fine PIXMA printers became trash within minutes

Well, I give up. I have no idea what you kids are talking about at that speed. I can hear the words, I guess, I just can't comprehend the meaning of the sentences at that pace. Your speed maximises the bandwidth in terms of band-width, but you leave no time for my independant thoughts. Maybe It'd my age, but honestly, when I was a law student in college, I wouldn't be able to comprehend speech at this speed and cadence. Thanks for posting that, thank gosh there are some links provided. The video, for me was a waste of 10 minutes.

TheGuyfromValhalla, Typical Generation Z, take whatever crap is handed to you and defend it. It is NOT the responsibility of the viewer to make a video watchable; it is the responsibility of the one asking you to subscribe, to make it watchable. But I guess your friends didn't teach you that while you were texting them in school, did they?

what ever you do, DO NOT EVER get an HP printer or any thing from that company....its HORRIBLE!!!
