It looks like COSORI Electric Kettle even though the inner lid is mostly stainless steel, port of it where water spout filter is attached is plastic which would be in contact with the steam and condensation from steam? Can someone confirm this?

I'm on the hunt for a natural, safe, goose neck, electric kettle that has NO plastic at all, ideally no silicone, and ideally with a real wood or cork handle. I definitely do NOT want any water or steam having ANY contact with any plastic at all - and ideally not with even silicone either. I am shocked at how hard it is to find such. If I had investment capital I'd invent one immediately!! It is also sad that such internal component ingredients are not disclosed in detail in descriptions and listings on Amazon, etc...as in it will just say stainless steel for the material, but not mention the plastic and/or silicone parts included at all. Sigh...

All kettles with filters in them have plastic around them that your water will touch when pouring the water. This video is misleading.

Yes, so I remove this plastic filter and pour water out through a very fine tea small sieve. It collects the muck. The BPA plastic free quote is questionable. It doesn't mean its free from other plastic toxins.
