We bought the donkey 5 for our twins before they were born. A key feature was maximum weight. Our older child is 16 and 6'5", was a big baby, toddler and child. I regretted not taking into account being tall and heavy when buying gear for him. Very glad we accounted for it this time. Our twins were premature, so the bassinets were used for longer than 6 months. We took them on "tummy time" walks so they could look through the mesh at the bottom/side of the bassinets. They caught up to 50th percentile within a few months and by 6 months adjusted, were 75th percentile. One of them prefers to face me and one prefers to face out and this stroller accommodates both. They are both big for 2 yo (26 months) but one is 35 lbs. They walk a lot but this stroller is great for long days like the farmers market and the zoo. It basically holds a lot of the features you'd want for twins from newborn to preschool. I see alot of people switching to wagons at this age, but this is holding up to this age group well. We bought the nuna trvl dubl as a travel stroller. We don't use it daily but it handled a flight and long car trips well so far. It also goes up to 50 lbs. Seat belt and seat back are small but it's more of a rest spot for them when they can't keep up with us. We let them jump in and out at this stage. Anyway, just sharing because all of the input from other parents really helped us figure out what would work best for us.
