The Elysion Slick is a good car for when your just starting the game. I remember the other day I was in a private server on my alt account, and I was driving around in the Elysion Slick, and got pulled over. I pulled over, but then ran right when the cop got on my bumper. He was on me for the first two gears, but as soon as I hit 3rd gear, I was GONE. I jumped from like 20-55 MPH in just that gear alone, and ended up losing the cop because I was too fast. So yeah, if you are a newcomer to the game, I highly recommend buying the Elysion Slick because it is a pretty nice looking car, pretty fast, good acceleration, and fits the budget of 50k you start with. You are guaranteed to win MOST police chases, unless the cop chasing you has a Chevlon Corbeta TZ or the Bullhorn Prancer Pursuit Widebody, which both top out at well over 107 MPH. But if you are being chase by someone in a Chevlon Camion, you could escape them easily. But, that's just my recommendation. I know most people just scroll for the highest pricing car and see the cheapest Chevlon Amigo and are like "I aM gOnNa BuY tHaT oNe." and no shame to that, because I was the exact same way when I started out in late 2022.

The Bullhorn Determinator SFP Fury (2022) is a god-tier / value-for-money car, especially with it's top of 162mph (260 km/h), and it costs less that $100k! (barely, it's $99 500 lel)

I own like all exotic cars but I still use the chevlon captain it's really cool I like it the top speed 111 pretty good acceleration is unreal and it can drift and it looks sick especially blacked out in night getting chased

Amaze, the Navara Impression or smth (the 22k) is RWD and also has a faster top speed. The RWD allows it to drive and it is around the same price as the Civic.

Imo the Vellfire Runabout is an excellent car for it's price, for 37.000$ you get a car that even without a good top speed, handles even better than the Bugatti and has good acceleration, it's small size makes it perfect to get on hallways, sadly it's under gamepass but it's a cool looking car that is really good for turns.

One of the most underrated cars in erlc is the 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe (chevlon camion) it has the acceleration of a Cameron it's fast top speed is the average 125 and it can off-road just like the bronco don't say no if you couldn't u don't know how to drive and it's so cheap only 50k like u can buy it right when u start the game and blacked out it's sickkk

It may be 200k or 150k but I really like the Dodge Charger 161Mph For starters I highly recommend the navara imperium and the elysion slick under the 50k budget and even under 30 I'm pretty sure so you can still buy cars on the police team!

Navara Horizon is more expensive than Bullhorn Prancer Widebody and I think that Bullhorn Prancer Widebody should replace Navara Horizon in this list. And Chevlon Corbeta TZ is for the price and speed the best exotic car and should be included in this list. But Corbeta TZ is little bit ugly and if you want better looking car you should go for Corbeta 8, it's quite more expensive but still for the price is better vehicle. Both of these Corbetes are better than all other exotic vehicles. This is my opinion...
