You take a look at the countries in Asia that Nigeria is chasing - India, Vietnam, Philippines, etc., they all have mega-malls far larger and more luxurious than the one shown in this video. Africa is at the infancy of an explosive economic growth phase. I am confident that in 10-15 years time, cities like Lagos will be transformed beyond recognition. Jabi Lake Mall in Abuja is a world class mall. Lagos is one state and city in Nigeria. We have over 30 other states. Tinapa mall in Calabar is also bigger and better than all these malls in Lagos.

Lekki Peninsula and Victoria Island are different from Lagos Island! Lagos Island is where you have Marina, Apongbon, Balogun Market, Broad Street, Nnamdi Azikiwe, Ring Road, Adeniji Adele, etc. I know that Lagosians call all these places collectively “island”, but it’s somewhat not an accurate term. In fact Lekki is not even an island, it is in fact a peninsula....

I came here after watching your video with Wode Maya and have been going thru a few of your videos to get to know your content. Pls take this as constructive criticism. You seem to just be reeling off the facts and figures from a script without actually connecting with the words. e.g in this video you said ‘klm’ rather than kilometre which would make more sense to us listeners.
