Any resort in Cancun that is south of the Cancun airport has brown/muddy beaches - NOT the turquoise Caribbean water you are likely looking for. Riverton Splash has brown beaches, so does Moon Palace. I know MANY, MANY people whoe were super disappointed that they ended up with a non-Caribbean beach outside their hotel. (Do not miss visiting Isla Mujeres if you go... )

@@FABRCTRwhy are you getting bothered and rude by someone who is telling the truth. During different times of the year the beach can be filled with seaweed and algae depending on where you are. When traveling anywhere you should research how it’s going to be that time of the year. You can google pictures of it if you don’t believe. Anything other than attacking someone’s character.

the hyat zylara is nice its not so cheap but it is very nice in the check in the timeshare guy disguised as a concierge will invite you to se the playa collection vacation club also its been in cancun for year not new very nice not new
