I own Sunday Cologne, Oud Immortel, Bal DAfrique, Gypsy Water, and Black Saffron but the best is I own by far is Pulp.

Mojave Ghost is my go to Byredo in the Spring/Summer. The scent trail always brings someone to ask "excuse me, what are you wearing?" I've worn Bal D'Afrique about 10 times, trying to like it... I just don't.

Love your videos! This one was awesome as I love Byredo. Small thing,,, there is a high pitch sound wining in your video that is quite distracting. Very small issue it’s some sort of feedback or something in that nature. You may have already fixed it in new videos. Just thought I’d share.

​@kayp9318 really? Good for you. I tried both today, the Bal d'Afrique didn't really last, and the Oud Immortel completely lived up to it's name. Keep in mind when I say this, I'm white, I showered and scrubbed the spot in the crease of my elbow where I sprayed it with a face cleaning pad, for 2 minutes straight, to where it was turning red. The smell is still going strong, I even put on multiple sprays of something else I had after the shower (I think MAB Ganymede) over it, and it's even overcoming that. After the shower. I can't get it to come off, I'm lucky that I love the smell of that oud one. The lemon is still lightly there, but the cardamom and the oud really stick around to tie things in.

It's time for us to be completely honest. All of the Byredo fragrances are highly overrated. They are light , airy and have no longevity. They all smell like and perform like body spray.

The Oud Immortel lives up to it's name, I sprayed it in the crease of my elbow, and I cannot get the smell off of me. I showered, I used soap, still there. I used soap on a face cleaning pad, still there. Did it for 2 minutes straight until my white skin started turning red. Still there. I sprayed another fragrance (MAB Ganymede) over it after the shower, it's still overpowering that. What you're saying is your experience on skin (I am guessing there), and on my skin, I'd agree with you about the Bal d'Afrique, it was really light and died down quickly. But the Oud Immortel is actually immortal on me. I'm worried that it's potentially going to scent my bedsheets at this point.
