I have a 23 2ss 1le. I have the ZL1 add ons stealth lifts pads red, ZL1 add ons deluxe rock guards, zl1 add on under car tow hooks red, sto n show front license plate bracket, I got my car mat set at high end motor sports you get driver/passenger/trunk mats. They are high quality and I had the SS logo on all of them. July3td car goes in for PPF and ceramic coat along with ceramic tint and ceramic coat wheels and calipers. Great video.

Awesome! I ALMOST bought the 2ss1le.. was super close to pulling the trigger until I just said F it and picked ordered the ZL1 back when I bought my car in 2020. Figured I'd just tell my wife once the car showed up, lol... RIP :D Great plan with the PPF and ceramic especially on the wheels and calipers. These brake pads are super dusty... cover your wheels after just a couple miles of driving, lol. Lift pads are essential on these cars IMO.. I've heard and seen so many horror stories of a shop or even a dealer lifting car up on the pinch welds improperly and it partially crumples/bends and when that happens it throws off entire section of the car so much so opening the door will have the forward edge of the door impact with the quarter panel edge!

Agreed and I already used them when I put the rock guards on and the tie down hooks. They work perfect

I bought extremely stop brake ceramic brake pads Very little brake dust I suggest you buy some the difference in the dust is outstanding. The Brembo shed way too much .

Yeah, I'll def be looking at some other pad options but I drive so little the dust doesn't worry me to much yet, lol. When I wear these out I'll take a look at alternatives for sure though!

Nice car! How do those lift points work, I would imagine you have to screw them in to place to secure them, aren't you worried about causing rust at the contact points where you're screwing into the pinch welds?

Thank you! It's coming along slowly, haha. And they have a torx type set screw you screw to kind of help clamp the lift points into place. They don't screw all the way through and kind of just apply some pressure so as long as you don't get superman onto spinning them into place it shouldn't cause any issues with rust or whatever. Prob much less than banging the pinch welds all to hell from using them as a lift point. I didn't use anything like these on my wrx and my pinch welds were super beat up looking 😞

Haha.. seems like 90% of everything coming from China these days, lol. I picked these ones up from Wildhammer Motorsports and they seemed quite nice... felt a bit better feeling in hand than the OEM ones but the 3m adhesive they used was white and you could see like almost a white glow around the emblem when installed so pulled them, removed the 3m, and replaced with a different cut/color of 3m and no issues with the look from it.

@@D3RPZILLA I'd be happy to share my Chinese source, $1.98 each shipped with flat black with red or white inlay. You're right, feel way better than OEM being cast! The red inlay had gray 3m, I just got the white so can't confirm it's gray too. I could tell Chinese because the inlays are epoxied in, where as OEM is actually a vinyl decal.

@@D3RPZILLA with us have non-ZLEs I really wish they made them in gloss black vs flat. But anything is better than chrome. I skinned my rear OEM in real carbon, really need to actually install it still.

Lol.. kept the first 5 mods fairly inexpensive and easy to do. Rock guards are one of them in regards to "mud flaps" I suppose, lol. Ppf is mentioned. Zero need for front and rear brake rotors as the car already has insane stopping power with the Brembos it came with (for many of the Camaros... The non Brembo models brake pretty well and swapping out new rotors for slightly better rotors to start isn't needed unless they plan to hit be track constantly or something). Intake and exhaust were my next mods after I knocked out the first non performance related mods and would be in my top 5 "performance related" mod list 🙌
