I had a 99 Ram air TA with 325 HP, 94 Cobra w 250 hp can’t believe how much HP new muscle has, and good MPG, I have a 04 Z06 cammed w headers thats around 450+ hp currently, I have always like the Camaro and Challengers the best, I’ve owned too many mustangs and pretty much over them, I would like to get a mint used ZL1 but I enjoy no car payments for a while as I’ve been making them most of my life, great car and vid again!!!!

Hi, I own a 2022 camaro SS with dual mode exhaust, 10 speed auto trans. Its black with black cloth interior and black rims. I bought it new. Its not my daily driver, just a toy. always garaged, currently 10,000 miles on it. My question is since they stopped making camaros in 2023, what do you think it will be worth in 10 years? It will have approx 50k on it and look showroom inside and out. Thank you. ps, I am a subscriber to your channel and watch all your videos which I find great!

I want to get a 2SS in the Riverside Blue metallic before the Camaros are discontinued in 24’ 3 things though, 1 I don’t know if I could fully give up my truck (I don’t tow much stuff but it’s still nice to have), 2 I don’t know if I’d get a Automatic or manual I think with the traffic around where I live a Auto would likely be better id definitely need to test drive both trannys to make a decision, and 3 I’m not entirely sure if I could afford the financing and insurance, college flight school etc. if I can afford i for sure will try and get one before they discontinue them. Love my 2018 2SS in Garnet Red with identical rally stripes as yours. Awesome car from day one. I put Flowmaster 40 mufflers on it. What a difference. Great sound and performance 👏. Camaro deserves so much better than GM has been doing for it.

No doubt it's nice but the front end looks soft! 2016-2018 had the best, most menacing front end. Comparable to the current ZL1 front end. I think your 19 had a much better look.

i have a 2018 2ss and yeah it looks the best among the other muscle cars IMO. but honestly i prefer the old school look from the 5th gen. can you do a front bumper conversion back to the 5th gen? i traded in my 5th gen for the 6th gen because its lighter, and probably the last gen with a NA V8 that they are going to make.

Man I've been pricing out cars like the Camaro SS, and the Challenger. I last priced these out about 4 years ago, and the pricing these days is insane. The used cars with low mileage aren't selling for much less than the new versions! I'd really like to get in on one of these before the end of the v8 era, but at these prices it is difficult to justify.

These companies that are going to electric cars thinking it will be a huge success are in for a rude awakening because besides people that care about saving the environment which is something that we should all focus on. Majority of people love the sound of a loud exhaust cus it brings a certain joy and what these companies don’t understand is maintenance on an electric car is NOT CHEAP and they are time consuming. I know A telsa owner that had to pay 3k to fix something with the computer system and I know someone else who traded in his telsa for a another car because he had to pay 10k for a battery issue that happened. To get electric cars fixed and work on the dealer has to work on it because private maintenance workers won’t work on them because they are too much work and too much money to maintain

@@cgip1340 That's the twin turbo ZL1 The ZO6 will be discontinued after 2022 .Yes that 2023 ZL1 Twin turbo is bad ass.0-60 in 2.0 sec. It also has the racing corvette engine in it sounds like a F1 with 2 other sounds to choose from. It's not a muscle car its a race car. It's amazing .✌

While I do like the Camaro, this current gen is not my favorite only because of the front fascia. The best looking model is the previous gen in my opinion. And in terms of the best looking muscle car? To each his or her own, but when I put the Camaro, Mustang and Challenger all side by side, the Challenger captures the essence of an old school muscle car the best in my opinion. Many people I've come across including Camaro and Mustang owners even agree. I like all 3, but the Mustang and Camaro have adopted sportier looks over the years which diminishes the muscle car appearance. In the end, it's all personal preference and that's what makes for a healthy car community: variety 💯💯💯 Update: Just noticed you're in Mobile. I lived there for 12 years before moving up to Montgomery. Small world!

Haven’t really heard or seen any problems in these A10 LT1 or LT4 engines. GM has had some problems in the slightly different v8 engines that you see in some of the pickups and suvs. Now the A8 engine is a whole different story

Can confirm the other V8 engines have lifter issues, my 08’ GMC Sierra with the 5.3L V8 (has AFM clyinder deactivation system 2007-2013) ether way my #4 clyinder lifter is sticking, it is a common issue on these V8s around 180K miles, GM has a class action lawsuit due to the DFM (clyinder deactivation system 2014-present) ether way from what I’ve heard Camaro and corvettes seem to be in the clear but all the other GM vehicles with a V8 seem to have the possibility of the lifter issues.

I can't agree with you on best looking. Personally I think it is super hard to beat the charger in looks. I know power to weight ratio the SS is faster than a scat pack. However the Charger kills the Camaro in the looks department. The challengers also looks better than the Camaro. You might fair better in an argument with my dad. He has always loved the camaro's. Obviously I am a Mopar guy lol. However I recognize the camaro is super badass in the performance arena. Still the mustang beats it on that front to.

The Challenger actually looks better. More like the original. But as a REAL gearhead and hot rodder, I have no interest in ANY computer car. If I were going to buy a Camaro, it would be a first generation, preferably a 1969 Z28. But it doesn't have to be a muscle car. Pretty much any pre computer 2 door car with a V8 or one capable of having a V8 installed in it will work. You can build your own V8. My 1972 Nova with a 6-71 supercharged 383, cam, dual quads, and a 4 speed is a real blast to drive, easy and fun to tinker with, and no emissions tests to worry about. And maybe best of all, it was built, not bought.
