Oh my that bridge with the piper playing on it was amazing!!! All the other places you highlighted were the things that I remembered from your vlogs. I so enjoy seeing all the countryside you take us to. The local villages are so special to see👍🏻

Thanks so much for watching. The piper was collecting money for charity and visited the bridge each evening. After playing the pipes he would come and talk to us. Great memories 😃 Trev n Sue

I don’t think the public were encouraged to climb the old stone bridge but it was beautiful to look at the the dark peaty river flowing below. The piper was collecting for charity and was a regular attraction in the evenings 😃 Thanks so much for watching 👍🏻 Trev n Sue

Twenty years ago the landlords of my local pub decided to give up and move to St Agnes, I can see why, It looks beautiful. I would find the approach road to the site challenging! Thanks for sharing, excellent as always.
@PoshcatsCamping3 жыл бұрын
It’s a bit scary but only about a mile and there are passing places. If you took your time and arrived in the afternoon you would be fine. Use the instructions in the book for the best way in. Views are lovely but pitches are a little more random than normal on a CAMC site and you will need levelling blocks. No toilet or shower facilities on this site. It’s amazing once parked and well worth the extra effort 😃👍🏻 Trev

@@PoshcatsCamping Thanks for the useful information. A couple of years ago I had a bad experience in Malvern, where I had to reverse our motorhome uphill in the town to allow a huge lorry to pass. It was a bit chaotic because there was a lot of traffic behind me. I'm not a nervous driver but that was an unpleasant experience. I saw you had to uncouple your tow car in a narrow lane in Cornwall. Must be a nightmare when that happens.
@PoshcatsCamping3 жыл бұрын
@@robertsavage7804 yes it was by more like a memorable moment than a nightmare. I am lucky that when I should be absolutely stressed to my eyeballs I react calmly. It follows years in management, expect the unexpected and all that. The best sites always have a little drawback. The Woolacombe site and the Hurn Lane site both have narrow approaches but I usually look at Google Maps street view before I book to check the level of risk 🤣 see, I am a coward really 😉 Trev

Ok my favorite is st. Agnes. I love that you get a view of the sea! I could park it there and stay all summer LOL. You know if we were there, Jessie would want to magnet fish in all those canals lol. Those long skinny canal boats crack me up a little. As far as I know we don't have anything like that here in the states. Course not really sure we even have any canals like that. I mean I'm sure there are some, but not miles and miles of them. If there is, I'm sure someone will correct me LOL.
@PoshcatsCamping3 жыл бұрын
LOL the canal boats are called narrowboats and they are 7 feet wide and typically 55 feet long. Most are steered from the back, imagine that !!! Perfect for magnet fishing 👍🏻 So pleased you watch our videos and leave lovely comments 👍🏻😃 Trev n Sue

@@PoshcatsCampingIt's worse for the elderly: missing a year is a significant part of the healthiest part of their remaining lives. My personal worry is for the jabbed. If the SARS1 animal testing results are duplicated with this variant of the gene jab, we could lose millions in the UK alone. But all people on Motorhomefun can say is 'be patient, it's only a few more months'. It seems the more restrictions, the more problems we get. How does dying at home help anyone, I just don't 'get' it. Didn't some of these pensioners risk machine gun fire for freedoms to travel?
