The optimal combo on Sanhua doesnt use basic. Its actually Ult First so next attacks build energy, then Skill, then Heavy x2, then Echo and swap cancel to main DPS. Fully fills up the concerto gage and most of the energy for next Ult. A slight optimisation is also to jump before charging heavy so you cancel skill animation and get the aerial attack off for free, since long pressing will also charge heavy while in the air

The most important thing about Dreamless echo skill is the fact that you can que the attack and swap out before the animation is finished and it will still do the full damage so you can basically double your dps

4:56 She gets a stack of Clarity and the crit buff (if you have RC1) the moment B5 starts, as in, right when she goes to start the arc which you can also immediately animation cancel. If you HA into the grey bar and continue basic attacking from there you can B5 sooner. Doing this uses more stamina but can help for maintaining crit buff (again if you have RC1) and building Clarity and A4 passive.

The 5th pick is my favourite because I want to build both Yuan Wu and Chi Xia, both are so fun to play with even though Yuan Wu don't have his best weapon available yet (I meant for crit rate/crit dmg), but pairing him with Yin Lin are just fun to play, put everyone with punishing mark then switch to Yuan Wu with his forte circuit ability to punch for 10 seconds, put down the skill for sub dps + recharge his forte, back to Verina, outro to Yin Lin and repeat. People talking about his damage percentage each attack is low which is true but his attack speed is so fast, his total damage in that 10 second window is probably similar with other main dps character, and it's not ult dependent which make it better.

Good advice. I'd say just play who you like. With dodging and countering, you have the ability to push the character you like further. It's rare that you'll hit a hard elemental check, or a boss you literally cannot beat with your chosen character. For sure, I would say Mortefi as a Sub-DPS. If you don't have Verina, Baizhi for sure.

You don't need to use the whole BA 1 - 5 combo on Sanhua to trigger her passive and S1 (I assume that's why you included them in the rotation). You can do untimed heavy attack > BA 4 > BA 5. It's a lot faster.

Bell + Jianxin Shield gives 100% dmg reduction. I think you could go DPS on her but I wanted to limit investment at this time so it’s up to you

Next banner will have mortefi again, He works incredible with Jiyan but also dont think it was a waste cus his outro is pretty unique at the moment. Having the 5 star gun anyways since you will need it for future gun characters, also keep in mind havin great echoes matter. U will need 3 teams at end game

For me I built my second team when I have good main stats for their echoes. Then I upgrade everything for them except echoes and leave upgrading echoes for last. I don't care about substats because 3 costs are a pain to farm. My first team is Calcharo/Yinlin/verina. I fully upgraded Calcharo and Yinlin and slap +0 echoes on 5pc healing on verina. Then I start building my second team consisting of HRover/ Danjin/ Jianxin. Same deal, fully max HRover and Danjin and slap +0 echoes on 5pc healing on Jianxin

For now, if ur f2p and want to be really efficient with your resources, just focus on 2 teams for now, the reason for this is so can clear the left and right side of the hazard zone towers, you can clear the lvl 70-90 with a well built team but the lvl 100 one is pretty impossible for now. Clear as far as you can on both side towers for more astrites. It reset every 2 weeks so thats extra gem income for you. The center tower is irrelevant as the mobs there start at lvl 100. It's also the reason why you can hold off on building your third team. It is way more efficient to wait and get future characters to start building your third team, so you don't waste any resource by building someone you're gonna eventually replace.

Sanhua is more for basic atk spam, Danjin will buff everything of her kit plus Dreamless, and Danjin can carry another Dreamless for dmg, overall beside how you want to play, Danjin/Rover team is better.

damage all the way energy regen substat is not that hard to get and most of the characters need 30 to 40%(130 to 140%)

No probably the gun/broadsword is better bc you can always pick up a broken limited sword later. Since you only need 3 weapons in this game (you can swap gears) and only 1-2 dps weapons then getting 2 swords is kind a w waste when it will be powercrept very soon

There are 2 rules when it comes to characters: - Have proper elements against monsters if needed - Play every character if possible to "feel it out" That's it, don't get baited by any of those content creators
