I do think you could make a case for Labcoat and Goget4 being here as well though, was surprised not to see them in honorable mentions. I agree with her value in a team, but there’s a reason why you alwaysss see her chill at the back until it’s level 3 time. So besides that and assist (which are def super strong) I don’t see how she’s a better candidate overall than these 5 Def honourable mention tho!

I played the game in season 3 and hardly played season 4 at all. So it’s wild to me that MUI Goku, Z Broly and Kid Buu are basically irrelevant now and it’s wild to see Jiren, Vegeta Blue and Beerus so high. I played a tad bit with Lab Coat 21 and I did learn of a fusion era which sounded rage inducing but right now this looks insane

Yea it’s completely different! Those characters that use to dominate are at the bottom now lol and yea the fusion era was a bit rough, but now they made it so everyone is good - I think it’s the most balanced the games ever been

Thanks! Teen Gohan works great on point as first char, Adult Gohan works great on mid (2nd char). Good anchors for both in F2P: Tien, Beerus, 21, Trunks. Good mid chars with teen Gohan: Blue Vegeta, Krillin, Piccolo, Hit, 18, Frieza, etc Good Points for Adult Gohan: Blue goku, blue Vegeta, Buu, Gotenks, Yamcha, Ssj Vegeta etc But at the end of the day, it doesn’t matter as much - a lot of characters and orders work great especially if ur just starting so pick characters you like from the show and learn them (they’re all strong!)

Literally everyone is good- the best F2P team for you will just be the characters you like the most! Put them together, try them out, have a couple u want to see - thats the fun part

Welcome ! He used to be one of the best - but got nerfed a bit and everyone else got buffed immensely. He’s still strong - especially at lower levels where they don’t know the UI counterplay, but that’s a lot of characters !

My team is: dbs broly, goku, yamcha I like to use broly as my lead because he can get you into a light combo really easily, but im thinking of switching my lineup around a bit

pretty agree with 5 4 3 2 , and agree cell is maybe the strongest . But i think Beerus is overated . I dont know either where are fusions now in the tl , high of course but.. this game is now really balanced !! Even with nerfs i think my boy Vegito is still super high . On the paper he has not so much things ... but when you play it he is so dominant !!!! Kefla is crazy good too, 18 too , 18 could seem really strong , but tbh i think she is not "no brain enough" , her neutral is ok but not more , and still some stubby normals.. but yeah 50/50 lvl3 oki 236hh better than any hellzone etc she is top tier. Labcoat is kinda perfect too , perfect .. but without the perfect attack without the metergain and the lvl3 oki of Cell , who is consequently better..

Yes I agree the game is balanced! I have Beerus with the slight edge over cell because of the way they use meter (Beerus has better meterless mix) and the Oki situations Beerus has is better overall. Regardless, everyone can be amazing with the right teams and play styles!

Currently he’s great but he used to be objectively bad with bugs that messed up his neutral, couldn’t hold on to meter because he couldn’t get SKD to end combos & for his mixups, and not the easiest assists to use But I think it’s nice that they upgraded him!

The crazy armor of GT, Blue, and Cell is really too much. Im hoping they would nerf those move if they plan to make another patch. Its really too much too much for those big rewards with little risk. But i'm surprised Beerus is the top. I love beerus for years, but I always drop him because, alot of his stuff can easily be beaten by good superdashes, and his 21 matchup is way too horrible. Its so bad that you can use your oki and assists.

FRRR The armour is infuriating but at least it’s not everywhere like the beams + SD change. And even though Beerus is at the top, doesn’t mean he’s easy to use! Even how you mention SD can go through his tools - well you want that so you can get big 2H punishes yanno. But you have to be ready- and he has ways around matchups although not always the easiest

Honestly i think cell should be top 1. Perfect attack alone is enough to make him so. A lot if times even if you win neutral against cell you have to give up pressure and back off just because cell might perfect attack and get 6k damage off you. Even if you block it cell gets free 50/50 mix up. Neutral with cell is pretty much run up perfect attack and you can do nothing about it. Oh right its also barely punishable. You see pros mashing it thrice a row and get away with it. This on top of his high damage and level 3 oki id say he'd easily take first place. Theres no other character like him. Like i have never seen a dp that is barely punishabke, grants mix ups, and leads to high damage, with only half a bar. If you combo off it yiu easily regain it back oh right you can also do it midair. Jesus

Yea perfect attack is an insaneeee special - that brings him to top 3. The only thing I don’t like as much is that well it costs a bar, which is annoying just to mix (Beerus is meterless), doesn’t really have Oki besides level 3 (Beerus has a ton of options) and the assists are not as good… again, this is just a slight edge tho

​@NovaZayn you can true 50/50 with light rolling crush if you have a high blockstun assist with little pushback. Used to do it with prenerf lc21 a assist. I personally would put cell above beerus but ngl really good list. There are a good amount of characters that are interchangeable within a potential top 5 in this game. I wouldn't call you crazy if you'd put 18 in the top 5 for example even though I personally wouldn't even place her in the top 10 tbh just to name an example
