Seriously need to rethink your video if you think San Miguel market is cheap,5 euro for small beer(oct18). Pure tourist trap! My advice for cheap and authentic tapas in Madrid is avoid the big plaza's go down the little side streets and go in the small tavernas. Madrid is a fantastic city

Great video! I love it, and will go every time in Madrid, though I would hesitate to call Mercado de San Miguel "cheap eats". It can be, but you can go crazy expensive there too! The last stop, Chocolatería San Ginés, is pronounced "Chok-olah-ter-EE-ah san ee-NEZ".  Ask any local between Puerta del Sol or the Opera house, and they can direct you. 24/7 - 100+ years old - nothing like the version in the Americas! A must even (especially) if you are not a fan of sweets! Mmmm, breakfast!
