It’s two years program and you don’t look for teaching jobs in Canada as for tuition fees it’s always good to pay minimum of one year fees and pay the one year remaining later to show your commitment, I hope this helps

If your university result is 2:1 you can go for masters but if it is 2:2 then you might consider diploma but using a work experience as a reason to escape to the new program. But with diploma you can’t sponsor your spouse. All colleges and universities are good as long as they are DLI and offer PGWP
