Mangalore railway unit should be connected to Hubballi- Dharwad railway for all administrative purposes ,but at present it's connected to Palakkad , Kerala state. Sadly all elected politicians of Karnataka failed correct this injustices to Mangalore unit , hence Karnataka. Matter is unsolved since several decades even today. Either make Mangalore railway unit as new Independent or connect it to Hubballi-Dharwad railway unit for all it's administrative purposes with immediate effect.

The main reason is there are vast number of Engineering colleges which upgraded it's curriculum far better than earlier decades with brilliant human resources , graduates coming out from these institutions , with extraordinary skills.
