Also the major area of U.K is a dryland. Companies doesn't want to go to other places in Karnataka except Bengaluru. Anyways U.K. is having better roads, railways, schools colleges, hospitals compared to earlier. We being people of South Karnataka welcome the development in UK. @@Topquark1 Whole of India is “we”. Who is first in the process is immaterial. How robust it has to be should be the thought process. It is very clear that TN has better human development, better infrastructure, better urbanization, bigger industrial base and all this is combined with 11% of India’s IT industry share as well. In all this karnataka falls short significantly even though the IT share of the state is 38% as this looks more fragile and concentrated. Karnataka definitely needs better diversification. We should keep learning from each others. There could be some learning’s from UP Bihar as well for the so called developed states.

I'd like to disagree with you. Bangalore is where it is right now because of the tolerance and accepting nature of their people. I'm from WB living in Bangalore for the past 12 years and I've never faced any discrimination on basis of language in fact they're the ones who first try to speak in Hindi when they realise you're not from here. Of course not everyone will be same and the fact that there is a lot of migrant population in Bangalore is the reason why you see such incidents on the internet. If even half of this migrant population was in say Chennai you'd be seeing a lot more protests and regionalism

If BJP vacates center, Tamilnadu will be Number 1 in India within 3 years. Tamilnadu leads in number of 37, 000 registered Industries whereas Maharashtra & Gujrat have around 24, 000 Industries. No state can catch up Tamilnadu in terms of Industries.
