Interesting. I am assuming some of this has to do with competition? The higher the competition, the less likely some of those videos work, where competition is less, why some of the green screen still work today? I do a mix, plenty of vlog, but the green screen still work well. As well, while I get the drama that comes with pros and cons, trust me hahah! But I get a lot of clients telling me that those videos made them feel I was authentic and not just gonna sales pitch them?

A few questions. If I were starting a brand new channel I shouldn’t be doing the old style of videos? Second you keep saying you make videos based on leads, how are you tracking that? From the way you break down your analytics it sounds like you make the decisions based on views. Just curious how you track which videos are driving the leads! Great video though keep them coming!

Awesome video Jackson. My only issue is if a lot changed in the styles of videos you make and the titles of everything you made changed, then why not update that all on the KZbin Course you sell for nearly $1000? I bought the course September of 2023 and it’s all outdated. Even now to this day it’s outdated. So why sell an outdated course?

Love the comment but it’s not all the way true. It’s definitely not outdated the core principles are there and I have to get agents to even start shooting videos. Those videos in there are meant to get you started because 97% of realtors don’t even start. We also have out growth course and program for updated strategies for more mature channels and how too self check yourself. Lastly that course has helped 1,000’s of agents close BILLIONS in sales and still does! I have plenty of agents who bought the course after you and already closing massive volume! On average, agents who follow that course exactly and stay consistent close 6.7 homes their first year and over 18 year 2. So $1,000 to change your entire business and life! I think it’s worth it. But that’s just me.
