I just found your channel and I love it! I actually discovered it through your podcast, Channel Junkeis. I subscribed to that too, but I noticed you haven’t released any episodes since August. I’d love to hear more podcasts from you guys. That way I can listen while driving longer distances.

I started about 8 months ago. How are you recording your videos? I need a teleprompter so have used Captions and teleprompter app. Do you use Zoom? How do you get a nice background too so it's consistent. I record on a green screen in my kitchen and have my background changed with an editor. I want to get out of having to pay for each video editing. Help please.

I run youtube ads - the ads are videos from my account that I only use as ads. Should I mark these videos Public or Private or Unlisted?

May come off as a dumb question. I am using my iPhone to shoot my videos. If I upload them to my computer to edit them, they come off very grainy. But if I use an editor app on my phone that seems to work better. How are you uploading these to your computer without them coming off as very grainy?

I use imovie and capcut to edit my videos. I have a macbook and lenovo laptops.

I've been in real estate since 2007. Don't count on a crash like 2008, but this market isn't sustainable in the long run. Altho I've been saying that since the covid craziness. I'm hoping for at least a balanced market this year but in my opinion it will stay a sellers market where I'm at (Chicago-Milwaukee).

That's crazy because I follow Levi Living in Dallas because of his passive prospecting channel and book. Oh no! So I should only make vlog tours of homes and neighborhoods? I have his book and was setting up a channel due to that!
