Here is the list of some arm wrestlers that aren't mentioned in the list 1. The goat John Brezenk : He dominated world of arm wrestling more than everyone else. He has nearly perfect genetics. 2. Devon larratt: No need of explanation. 3.Denis Cyplenkov: Denis has huge frame for super heavyweights. arms of prime Denis are probably best in the history. And also his hands are super thick which makes opponents uncomfortable to grip 4.Richard Lupkes: Just search on the KZbin and take a look at this guy 5. There are some other people like Arsen liliave whos arms were huge compared to his body , Hands of Khaled and Bacho saginashivili are also crazy. Size of Bacho's hands is nearly same as Levan and Khaled beat armwrestler like schoolboy without training. Also Alex kurdecha and Artym morozov can be included in this list because of their frame size and insertions.

Denis does not have a huge frame at all, if you look at him, his shoulders are not particularly wide, his hand size is nothing out of the ordinary, 20 cm from base to fingertips, his thicksness is a result of injecting massive amounts of steroids, hgh and insulin during the years while being a hyper responder as well, Levan has almost the same thickness, but with a much larger frame of the hand, he's got a much easier time to take the hand of his opponents compared to Denis.

I think Cleve Dean's genetics are crazier than Levan's. Bigger bones, taller, bigger wrists, bigger hands and longer arms. The problem is that Cleve did not take care of his diet and did not train 3-6 hours a day like he did.

I'm going to say having a bigger hand is universally superior in armwrestling. As for armlength I think there is space for debate depending on the style, but everyone in the top of the game has considerably above-average handsize. I can't think of a move or style where a smaller hand would be an advantage. What I often observe is that armwrestlers with big hands lack elbow flexor/bicpes, and overall armstrength as they are too used to letting their big hand give them the ability to dominate the match. I think people like Oleg, Jeff, and Mattias should train way more biceps and sidepressure.

One of the greatest biceps strengths in the sport. Acromegaly? Insulin? Everyone says it, but no one proves/confirms it, not even Denis. Just speculations.

Some might have expected Denis Cyplenkov but what most don't know is his acromegaly, part of what caused his hands to be the way they are, is known to cause larger muscles but the force output of those muscles has been shown to be lower than the average muscle.
