This'll be my first Florida deer season. I hunted deer in Michigan for a few years like 25 years ago. But recently I've dove head first back into hunting. Got my first gobbler this last spring and I'm hoping to smack a big Florida buck this fall. Needless to say I'm stooooked men!!!! I also drew an alligator tag for August 🤘🤘💪💪🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

I grew up in ohio with a bow in my hand, there is a lot public hunting area and farm land as well. I grew up in Harrison County beside Clendening Lake. Your hunts sure do bring back memories. Every Saturday and on holidays when me and my brothers were not in school a group of us, my Dad and a lot of his friends and his friends children would push about 6 to 7 hard and long drives each day. I've probably killed more deer with a bow than most hard hunters ever did with a gun. Most of my family still live in Ohio but me I am in south Mississippi. I hate that I ever left there. Thanks for all the excitement,

I love my ruger ranch. I have the 300 blackout and it’s a great deer drive gun. Especially with the mini 30 mags. Smoked 2 does back to back with it last season

Not advocating smoking but when we do drives we use the wind bump like y'all but the drivers smoke or have one burning the whole time, seems to really get the deer on their feet out ahead of the pushers and this results in a slower moving target if not a naturally standing deer.

I can't believe how good that public land is. In Wisconsin there's not many deer left on any public land. It's really hard to see a single deer let alone a big buck or heck any buck for that matter. After opening weekend you can cut hunting public land off your list cause you'll not see a single thing unless it's bordering land where people are pushing them and they run onto public. Other then that you won't see one

The chance of seeing snakes isn't very good anywhere you hunt. Especially Midwest during gun season. It's too cold for most snakes so they are hiding trying to stay warm

Sux I'm only 28 and from 14 to around 20 this is how we hunted but now in NY no one hunts you can go down state land on the weekend and only see 2 cars when I was younger you couldn't hunt stateland without running into orange vest
