Back in high school, my arts teacher always told us that if you used erasers, you're still an art noob. According to him, pros work around pencil mistakes, use them to their advantage and don't try to erase anything done with a pencil. Many times he had us put away erasers while drawing. Sure I still use erasers cus I'm not as pro as him, plus it wasn't even 100% an art centered school so I never Really learned how not to use an eraser too. But yeah I hope that's a good enough explanation from my side of life.

Don't know why these paintings are so underrated. People are buying blank canvasses for ridiculous amounts and not these masterpieces? Gosh. I hope hyper realistic paintings like these become the future of art. Keep up the good job.

Hyperrealism is the past, and used to be the only thing art was allowed to be. At least, in the West. Art should never be limited to just one thing. Its not the artists fault that someone wants to buy their minimalist art for lots of money. There is no reason to get mad at them or call them lesser. If you think that process is so easy then why aren't you doing it? Because there is a lot more to it than slapping some cheap paint on a cheap canvas and walking into a gallery.
