Every year I work on an eye drawing - it has become a productive marker of both time and technique with pencil drawing. I had fun playing with this year’s eye, exploring my playful side - with a hint of surrealism.

Seen this video a couple times now, thought I’d place a message this time. This is so inspiring for me. Absolutely beautiful. Last couple months iv been practicing hyper realism in graphite and I want to get to this level someday. Iv been taking online classes and the instructor advised me to try a giant realism drawing someday so that brought me back to this video. I love how the iris falls in the depths of the pupil. By far my favorite part! Grtz!!

@@theconsciousobserver6829 not at all true my lil muffin. Architecture does need a revival, the sky is the limit with statue, representational painting and drawing still has soooo much to explore. I think this on the right track since it is exploring surrealism with hyper realism, it opens up a whole new world to what can be made. You are only limited by your imagination 🐥
