I am 45 years old, and I just bought a (good) scooter for my 6-yo daughter. Turns out, she thinks it would be fun if I also had one. So, although I have an amputated lower left leg (accident), I'm getting myself one. I know I'll look like an idiot (I tried my daughter's), it is fun, and I get to have fun with my kid this way. It seems doable to do a lot of tricks, even with a prosthetic leg. I can't wait. I used to skate on vert ramps on first side-by-sides, and then inliners, but this will be fun, learning a few tricks here and there. And perhaps when she's old enough, and brave enough, I might try actual vert ramps with her, unless I break my neck, lol. Thank you very much for this fine video.

It's just dedication, if its too slow like in their example you won't land. As you build in confidence you'll be able to kick it harder and rotate your arms faster which then makes it possible. It's in the little flicks from your feet and arms

You kinda just wanna get your bars going the opposite way as the deck is a little past half way in its rotation. Also for me it's easier to get my top hand farther up of whichever way I'm kicklessing

I’m freakin 23, bought a 350$ scooter in NYC and I am a truck driver (48 states OTR) and I have my scooter with me on my rig in case I want to ride and stay healthy. Sadly I don’t know many tricks.
